Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Banana Bread Recipe


  • 3 medium ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup chocolate peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips + an additional handful


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with coconut oil.
  2. In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine bananas, vanilla, and peanut butter. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add in eggs and blend until combined.
  4. Add in coconut flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix again until just combined. Stir in ½ cup dark chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth top. Sprinkle with a handful of dark chocolate chips.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until tester inserted into center comes out clean. Let cool and devour!

If you’ve decided to try out Whole30, you’re going to need a bunch of Whole30 snack ideas to help you get through it. The trendy diet you’ve probably seen on Instagram is 30 days long and notoriously difficult to get through, because it eliminates all grains, legumes, dairy, added sugars, and processed foods.
